There are a few steps that need to be completed in order to have your pup join our pack at either location.

Please Follow the detailed steps to set up your Gingr for Pet Parents account. Gingr for pet parents is the app we use to book all Daycare, Boarding and Grooming here at A Furry Tail Come True, Nazareth. Once you set it up with all of your information, it is super easy to navigate. We only use Gingr at our Nazareth location.

After your Gingr account is set up using the following directions, you will then go on and book your evaluation a day and time that works for you. If you do not see any times you are able to do, OR if you have any trouble setting up your app and booking an evaluation, please email us at nazareth@afurrytailcometrue.com for more options

Booking Daycare Nazareth

All bookings for Daycare, Boarding and Grooming are done through and App called Gingr for Pet Parents. The first time you book anything will be when you are booking your evaluation.

Please download Gingr for Pet Parents in your Playstore or App Store on your phone. 

It will ask for a FACILITY CODE : 282702

If you are an EXISTING CLIENT, click RESET PASSWORD and use the cell phone number that we have on file to reset your password. Once you’re in, you can then update all of your information and add any new dogs via the Account tab at the bottom of the app. Please make sure your sign our Liability Waiver located under the account tab as well. 

If you are a BRAND NEW CLIENT, click SIGN UP. Proceed by answering all of the questions about you and your dog. Questions with the red star * are required. 

Once you are finished filling out the parent info, the next page is the dog info. When filling out the dog information, 

***If Gingr is not allowing you to upload a photo, you then need to go into your app permissions on your phone and give Gingr camera permission. You then have to log out and back into the app to proceed. 

Once everything is entered, you will get a welcome screen! This screen will show that your pet is out of date with shots. Click on this tab and it will let you upload a picture of your dogs shots which should include the Rabies, Parvo/Distemper and Bordetella shots. Each time your dog gets a shot update, this is where you will upload so A Furry Tail has updated records at all times. You will know that the records uploaded once you see a GREEN SUCCESS box. 

Please note, your shots will continue to show as out of date until we at A Furry Tail go in on our end and update. We do not do this until after your evaluation. Once your pup passes their evaluation, we go in on our end, update your posted shots and approve your account which will then allow you to book your boarding and daycare freely. 

After uploading your shot records please head over and SIGN OUR LIABILITY WAIVER under Account. 

You are now ready to book your initial evaluation. Please click on the book tab at the bottom of the app. Choose evaluation and then pick a day and time that works for you. 

YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BOOK YOUR DOG FOR ANY DAYCARE OR BOARDING SERVICES UNTIL AFTER THEY HAVE HAD THEIR INITIAL EVALUATION WITH US! YOU WILL ONLY BE ABLE TO BOOK YOUR EVALUATION. ONCE YOU COMPLETE YOUR EVALUATION, WE GO IN ON OUR END AND APPROVE YOUR ACCOUNT TO THEN MAKE BOARDING AND DAYCARE RESERVATIONS.
